An Australian based customer service center, Quality Connex, partnered with Amazon to make customer service agents 10 times smarter and 10 times faster pairing Lex Technology (The same tech found in Amazon Alexa) to create a better agent workstation. I worked with Quality Connex to design and build their MVP, Connex Desk.
