Before HubSpot, I worked across agency, startup, and enterprise environments at Campaign Monitor, IBM, and Mondo Robot. Those experiences shaped how I approach complex systems, collaboration, and scale.

My background is rooted in user research, enterprise design, and systems thinking. Much of my work sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and experience design, with a focus on creating durable, scalable foundations that still feel thoughtful, clear, and human in use.
