Aaron Neumann is a Design Manager at Hubspot

I manage a team of designers focusing on Segmentation, where we design experiences that make marketers thrilled they left Salesforce, Zoho, Monday (or any other CRM) by giving them the data they need to reach customers, fuel their go-to-market strategies and drive revenue.

Prior to HubSpot, I worked as a designer at Campaign Monitor, IBM, and Mondo Robot, spanning agency, startup, and large enterprise environments.

My background is rooted in user research, enterprise design, and building systems that balance complexity with clarity. Much of my work sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and experience design, with an emphasis on creating scalable foundations that still feel thoughtful and human.

I’ve been fortunate to work alongside many talented designers, researchers, product managers throughout my career, and more recently, leaders who have shaped how I approach management.

I believe the best work comes from teams that are fluent on the strategy, deeply aligned on the problems, and a share a commitment to craft, quality and right velocity.
